Team Lead - 2nd Shift

Breakfast Attendant - Hampton University Location: 600 Harper Lee Dr, Tuscaloosa, AL, 35404 The hours for this position are from 5:30am to 11:00am (or until breakfast service has finished and proper cleaning has been done). We offer breakfast daily from 6am - 10am. Weekend work is required. Essential tasks include following all food and beverage brand standards as outlined by IHG, following all food safety standards as outlined by Alabama Health Department, preparing breakfast to brand standards, greeting and assisting guests, returning to the table throughout the guest's visit to ask if guests are satisfied, setting menu and placing food order, completing regular inventory and placing order for paper goods and other food and beverage needs, maintaining clean and organized work area before, during and after breakfast service, breaking down and cleaning kitchen and breakfast area at the end of breakfast service, reporting any maintenance concerns in a timely manner, and any other duties as assigned by General Manager.
