Marketing Intern Search, Advertising, or Content Track

Internship Opportunity At 97th Floor We're proud of our mission to elevate people and brands we believe in! We focus on helping clients meet their marketing goals and connecting people with the brands and products they need. Our internship blends real client work with training on how to build smart, strategic marketing plans. You'll work on a team led by an account director and supported by three specialists in search, advertising, and content marketing. Time commitment: 20 hours/week Schedule: You choose the working times and location that fit your schedule; we highly recommend coming into our Lehi office at least once a week. Compensation: $12/hour, with a raise if you're extended Applicant location: Living in Utah during internship Start/End Dates: Jan 5, 2027 April 30, 2027 (extensions offered with strong performance) Interviews Held: First week of December What You'll DoParticipate in weekly training sessions Support client and internal projects under specialist guidance Assist with research, analysis, and reporting Contribute to brainstorming, problem-solving, and strategy discussions Complete assignments tied to your chosen specialty Specialty Tracks Hired interns will be assigned one of these tracks. You're welcome to express your preference during the hiring process. Search Marketing Track:Conduct organic and AI keyword/query research Complete on-page optimization tasks Perform competitor and search engine results page (SERP) analysis Advertising Track:Conduct keyword research Audit advertising accounts and recommend improvements Upload ads to various platforms Assist with performance reporting Content Marketing Track:Optimize content (or provide recommended optimizations) for organic and AI search results Build content for advertising campaigns (landing pages, CRO assets, ad copy)Monitor content performance What You'll GainA clear understanding of how businesses reach marketing goals Hands-on experience with marketing tools Insight into how specialists make data-driven decisions Experience building and pitching marketing strategies Who You Are (Qualifications)Driven to pursue a career in marketing Confident in your ability to influence outcomes through your work Organized, curious, and proactive Exposed to or trained in marketing (schooling, certifications, or personal projectslike promoting your own summer window-washing business)A critical thinker who evaluates context, connects concepts, and asks thoughtful questions Our interns consistently impress us and often move into full-time roles.
