UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping Consultant

Overview In this Senior UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping Consultant role, you lead and deliver UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping implementations for diverse clients from requirements to go-live. You’ll work within a growing Human Capital Consulting team, collaborating closely with clients and internal specialists to translate needs into effective configurations. You own timekeeping workstreams, troubleshoot issues, and share best practices to optimize WFM processes. This role offers meaningful client impact, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to a broad UKG WFM ecosystem, with a strong delivery focus. Responsibilities Lead and deliver UKG Pro WFM / UKG Dimensions Timekeeping implementations Translate business requirements into UKG WFM configurations and solutions Own implementation workstreams, deliverables and timelines Configure, test and troubleshoot UKG WFM functionality Support clients through testing, deployment, and go-live activities Provide expert guidance and best-practice recommendations on WFM processes Collaborate with project managers, technical teams and other consultants Build strong client relationships as a trusted WFM advisor Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Key requirements Extensive hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFMStrong Timekeeping implementation and configuration experience Proven track record delivering WFM projects for clients Experience in a consulting or professional services environment Strong knowledge of WFM processes, configuration and implementation best practices Ability to work directly with clients and senior stakeholders Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proactive, delivery-focused approachcommunicationstakeholder managementproblem-solvingUKG Pro WFMTimekeepingUKG Dimensions Timekeeping
