Overview In this role you design, implement, and monitor training programs to support individual development and organizational needs. You will collaborate with HR, educational institutions, and external partners to create innovative programs and ensure effective execution. You will analyze training needs, evaluate outcomes, and maintain training resources while adhering to policies. This position sits within HR and supports a learning culture across the organization, with a focus on cost-effective, impactful learning initiatives. Responsibilities Create and execute the annual training plan and its implementation Identify training requirements aligned with individual development plans Coordinate language training, global trainee programs, and institutional initiatives Manage logistics for training events to ensure optimal delivery Develop courses with external partners to meet organizational process needs Analyze training needs by function and group for management development Evaluate training activities and measure outcomes Handle training requests and align objectives with function and applications Update training manuals in response to technological changes Negotiate with consultants and institutions to secure cost-effective services Communicate training opportunities and prerequisites to staff Maintain training progress data and prepare reports for management Ensure compliance with Tenaris policies and applicable laws Protect facilities and resources assigned to training area Key requirementsteamworkanalytical thinkingresults-orientedtraining program designneeds analysislogistics coordination
