Mid-Level Software Engineer

Overview In this role you design, implement, and mature software systems for mission-focused analysis, simulation, and decision support. You will translate algorithms and prototypes into robust applications and contribute across the full development lifecycle. You’ll build intuitive frontends and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, high-impact solutions. This position offers the opportunity to shape production-quality software used in operational decision support, within a safety-conscious, research-driven environment. You will work in Reston, VA, contributing to defense-related software at scale.
