Overview
In this role you will design and drive a global training strategy aligned with CAA’s priorities, shaping scalable programs for a diverse, worldwide workforce. You’ll lead learning operations, instructional design, and organizational effectiveness to deliver high-impact experiences. You will partner across HR and business leaders to ensure consistent, measurable learning outcomes and foster a global culture of continuous development. This role offers influence over AI literacy, governance, and modern training solutions in a high‑profile, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities Design and execute a global training delivery strategy aligned to organizational priorities and values Lead change management aspects of global training initiatives including compliance, AI literacy, and skills-based development Ensure integration with Senior Director, Learning & Development for a unified, high-quality global program Establish scalable global training best practices and standard operating procedures Oversee Workday Learning Management System (LMS) content, administration, UX, and reporting Lead compliance training efforts with cross-functional stakeholders and report results Maintain knowledge of AI-based learning tools and implement innovative solutions to improve learner experience Manage external learning partners and vendors for quality, value, and alignment Oversee Los Angeles training facility programming, scheduling, and operations Develop templates, tools, and analytics to drive learning consistency and impact Build and run a robust train-the-trainer program and certify internal facilitators Lead and develop a team (Learning Solutions Manager and an LMS Administrator)Foster an inclusive, high-performance team culture and leadership style
Key requirements 12+ years in training, L&D, or organizational effectiveness 3–5 years in a senior leadership role Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred (Organizational Development, Education, HR, or related)Certifications in facilitation, instructional design, change management (e.g., Prosci, CPTD, ATD) a plus Experience designing and executing global training strategies in a complex, matrixed organization Experience managing LMS operations at scale and vendor relationships Background in change management and applying it to training initiatives Knowledge of Workday LMS is a plusfacilitation excellenceinclusive leadershipstrong communication and storytelling Workday LMSinstructional designlearning analytics and reporting
