The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in AI/ML, software engineering, and Dev Ops practices, with the ability to design reliable and scalable systems. Key Responsibilities Build and orchestrate agentic workflows for AI-driven systems. Implement logic for context-aware agents to handle marketing-specific data transformation tasks. Develop reusable components for data ingestion, transformation, enrichment, and validation. Ensure reliability, scalability, and traceability across agent workflows. Required Skills & Qualifications 5–8 years of relevant professional experience. Programming: Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience using Lang Chain, Lang Graph, scikit-learn, pandas, numpy. Machine Learning Expertise: Strong understanding of generative AI, AI agents, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, deep learning, tree methods, and statistical model validation. Dev Ops & Software Engineering: Experience with software pipeline development, Git Flow, CI/CD, and containerization. Domain Knowledge: Excellent communication skills with familiarity in the media domain or related industries. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployment. Familiarity with vector databases and knowledge graphs. Background in MLOps for monitoring and maintaining production ML systems. Contributions to open-source AI projects or frameworks.
