Executive Director, Client Business Lead

Overview In this role, you will strengthen key client relationships and drive business growth by delivering exceptional service. You will partner with executive leadership to manage talent, succession planning, and performance reviews, while overseeing P&L and salary budgets. You’ll leverage Omni to activate audiences, plan channels, and analyze content to support client success. You will lead cross-border collaboration, new business initiatives, and a high-performing team, shaping a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
