Senior Web Strategist

Overview In this role you will lead the shaping of Guide Stone’s online presence, collaborating with business units to optimize content and campaigns within the enterprise CMS. You drive customer success through SEO, digital marketing, and form management, while analyzing web data to inform improvements. You will ensure strong UX and align web work with marketing objectives, staying current on trends. This position blends content strategy, analytics, and technical fluency to impact lead generation and engagement. Compensation / Benefitsgenerous benefits packageflexible work schedulesinvolvement in community outreachtuition reimbursement Responsibilities Collaborate with business units to modify and optimize website content (public and private sites)Manage content within the Sitecore CMS and execute brand-building web campaigns Conduct web analytics and prepare reports for stakeholders Support paid search and paid social campaigns (SEO/SEM basics)Perform information architecture and competitor analysis; implement personalization and form logic Maintain UX best practices across the digital presence and perform testing across devices Communicate technical campaign aspects to non-technical stakeholders Key requirements Bachelor in Marketing (or related field)At least 5 years in digital marketing or related field Proven track record in managing complex projects Proficient in CMS (Sitecore preferred)Proficient in HTML and CSSWorking knowledge of Google Analytics Exposure to Google Ads Ability to communicate complex technical topics to business personnel Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with interruptions Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration Highly self-motivated Proficient MS Office and Guide Stone applications Confidentiality regarding business matters Strong communication Cross-functional collaboration Self-motivation Sitecore CMSHTMLCSS
