Senior DevOps Engineer

Overview In this role you will own the CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and production readiness for True Anomaly’s spacecraft modeling and simulation software. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to secure, scale, and automate deployments for mission-critical systems in a defense-focused, on-site environment. Your work enables reliable, secure operations across Azure and other clouds, contributing to our space superiority mission. Compensation / Benefitsplatinum healthcareflexible work hours/locationgenerous stock options packagePTO and paid holidays 401KParental Leave Responsibilities Establish and manage CI/CD processes to mature development workflows Oversee deployment and scaling of applications using Kubernetes with cost considerations Design and manage cloud-based solutions primarily on Azure, with other clouds as needed Utilize Terraform for provisioning and state management of cloud resources Collaborate with security teams to strengthen infrastructure security and compliance Implement and oversee monitoring and logging solutions Troubleshoot and optimize performance for deployment efficiency Deploy applications in challenging environments and ensure smooth customer deployments Engage in design and debugging to solve practical problems Enhance and build Docker images for production flight environments Experiment with new development tools to meet team needs Key requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 6 years of Dev Ops and cloud experience Experience with Linux Experience with containers and container orchestration Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines with Git Hub Actions Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki Production experience building and maintaining cloud infrastructure Strong understanding of Kubernetes (AKS) and Helm Strong understanding of Terraform use cases Experience with production-grade networking in hybrid clouds Scripting in Bash or Python Azure, AWS or GCP cloud certification Security and compliance understanding in a Dev Ops contextproblem-solvingproactive security mindsetcollaboration with security and development teams Git Hub Actions Prometheus Grafana
