Overview As a Medical Writer at 21GRAMS (a Real Chemistry subsidiary), you compile, write, and edit medical content grounded in product knowledge and therapeutic areas. Compensation / Benefitscomprehensive benefits packageprivate medical, dental, and vision plansmental wellness coaching Linked In Learning accessgenerous holiday and paid time offflexible/hybrid work options Responsibilities Write and edit medical writing deliverables based on product knowledge and therapeutic area Coordinate with internal teams and clients to meet strategic objectives Support multiple accounts under the Associate Medical Director, covering scientific and strategic aspects Participate in strategic planning and program meetings with internal and client teams Self-educate on industry innovations and translate insights into programs Develop deep understanding of assigned products, medical areas, and competitors Identify updates and milestones to inform the team and spot new business opportunities Collaborate with Editorial to resolve grammar and style issues Adopt a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to assignments Key requirements Advanced scientific degree (Ph. D., MD, PharmD) preferred 3+ years in a Medical Communications agency setting preferred Ability to work collaboratively to develop and execute scientific communications for clients Meticulous attention to detail Expert writing and editorial skills with medical terminology expertise Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to deliver quick turnaround on diverse tasks Self-motivation and enthusiasm in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment Strong presentation and technology skills (Microsoft apps, Internet research platforms)Adaptable and resilient Proactive and resourceful Strong prioritization and time-management Medical terminology expertise Editorial and proofreading proficiency Microsoft applications
