About the role

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Azure VM / Cloud Support Engineer to provide technical support for Microsoft Azure customers and internal teams. The role focuses on troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Compute/IaaS, Networking, Storage, Windows/Linux systems, virtualization, monitoring, and automation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure, VM troubleshooting, Windows/Linux administration, VMware, Power Shell, networking, and customer-facing technical support.

Required Skills: Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure VM & Azure IaaSHands-on Windows Server & Linux administrationVMware / Virtualization experience Strong Networking, TCP/IP, HTTP & Storage knowledge Power Shell scripting & automation Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics & Azure Automation Troubleshooting VM performance, availability, connectivity & security Active Directory, patching, Event Logs/Syslogs Strong customer support, troubleshooting & communication skills Must be flexible for 24x 7 rotational shifts, including weekends/holidays Mandatory: Azure VM | Azure IaaS | Windows/Linux | VMware | Networking | Storage | Power Shell
