Senior Analyst, CUSO Financial Crimes Training & Communications

Overview In this role you will design and deliver risk-based FC learning programs for CUSO staff across the region, aligning with enterprise FC and communications teams. You’ll create onboarding and continuing education paths, manage learning plans, and support FC communications initiatives. You will also maintain FC intranet pages and advise FC teams on communications quality. This is a chance to shape learning experiences in a large, complex corporate setting and to influence how Financial Crimes knowledge is shared across the region. Compensation / Benefits Total Rewards program 401(k) with company-matchinghealth, dental, vision, life, disability insurancepaid-time offcoaching and development opportunitiesflexible benefits Responsibilities Develop and implement a risk-based FC learning curriculum and annual learning plan Create role- and skill-based learning pathways from onboarding through ongoing education Collaborate with RBC Enterprise Training and Communications to align regional channels Support FC communications events and initiatives in line with enterprise programs Provide strategic and hands-on support to FC teams to ensure clear, effective communications Maintain CUSO FC intranet pages Assist with design and delivery of classroom and digital training programs Key requirements Experience designing and executing informal and formal learning strategies in a large, potentially global organization Proven ability to design curricula, courses and modules across multiple learning channels (including digital multimedia)Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities Relationship management Written communication Team collaboration Learning design and development (curriculum, course, module level)Digital multimedia production Multimedia tools familiarity (e.g., Canva, Figma)
