Manager, Process Improvement

Overview In this role you lead process improvement initiatives within Walmart's Risk Operations to boost operational efficiency and reduce risk. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize workflows, manage intake, and implement updates that yield measurable business outcomes. You serve as a process subject-matter expert, guiding policies, tools, controls, and best practices. You help Walmart simplify operations and drive continuous improvement to support strategic objectives.
