Senior Manager, Sales Learning & Development

Overview In this role you will manage the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of learning curricula and job aids to diverse audiences. You will supervise and guide learning teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to align development initiatives with business priorities. You will shape learning strategy, standardize processes, and measure impact across programs. This position offers an opportunity to influence leadership and professional skills development at scale. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to drive adoption and governance in learning. Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to define learning vision and strategy aligned to business priorities Drive communications and marketing to promote learning adoption and resource awareness Develop and implement learning standards, processes, and governance for assessment, design, delivery, and evaluation Assess needs and determine suitable learning solutions and delivery methods Conduct needs analysis, define objectives, strategies, scope, and resources Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and define deliverables Deliver/Facilitate courses across virtual ILT, classroom, self-paced, and blended formats Mentor and supervise managers, specialists, and contractors; guide non-learning professionals Establish metrics to evaluate learning impact and governance across the organization Key requirements 8-10 years of experience in sales learning delivery and meeting facilitation with ADDIE and various adult learning methods 5+ years leading a team of learning and development professionals 3+ years of selling experience Demonstrated success in content development and delivery for audiences from executives to individual contributors Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience Experience delivering leadership, business, and professional skills contentADDIEinstructional designfacilitationvirtual instructor-led traininginstructor-led trainingblended learning
