Senior Consultant, Tech Strategy Advisor – Healthcare & Life Sciences - Elevate

Overview In this role you help healthcare and life sciences clients grow revenue through strategic technology and commercial initiatives. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design and implement analytics, IT and product strategies that align with client objectives. The position blends business and technology to optimize pricing, sales, marketing, and digital transformation at scale. Compensation / Benefitsflexible workinghealth benefits 401(k) plan with company matchingpaid time off 13 paid holidayscareer development opportunities Responsibilities Develop and execute healthcare & life sciences projects focusing on commercial and technology strategy Plan and align project delivery with client needs, timelines, risks, and expectations Design target architectures, IT strategies, and implementation roadmaps; optimize technology landscapes end-to-end Collaborate with clients to map future-state processes and define requirements; lead vendor selection and RFI/RFP processes Provide insights and deliver client-ready outputs; present findings to senior stakeholders Contribute to recruitment and integration of new consultants in analytics and growth technology offerings Advise on data strategy, architecture, governance, and scalable data solutions Guide clients on AI strategy, use case evaluation, and scalable tech roadmaps Shape future IT operating models to support technology-enabled transformation Apply and expand expertise in pricing, sales, and marketing growth areas Key requirements 2+ years of full-time work experience in management consulting or industry Experience in analytics, growth technology, pricing, marketing, sales, strategy, or digital transformation Healthcare industry or healthcare consulting experience preferred, with exposure to commercial technology Experience with pricing, CRM, CPQ, PO&M, ERP, CLM, or related commercial technology solutions Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and scalable tech solutions Experience with business process assessment and future-state mapping; vendor selection experience as a plus Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to present to senior audiences Interpersonal skills and client relationship development with senior stakeholders Proactive, adaptable, and quick to learn new software products Hybrid work model presence 2-3 days in-office or client sitestrong presentation and communicationexcellent interpersonal skillsclient-focused mindsetCRM, CPQ, CLM, ICM, SPM, ERP, PO&Mdata strategy and governancetarget architectures and roadmaps
