Productivity Project/Program Manager

Overview In this role you drive global productivity initiatives by turning field data into actionable improvements. You will build a prioritized portfolio aligned with business goals and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable gains. The role combines data analytics with practical program management to ensure long-term sustainability and scalable impact. Compensation / Benefitscomprehensive benefits packagebonus and stock award programrelocation eligibilitytravel opportunities (20%)competitive salary rangecareer development opportunities Responsibilities Translate field and operational data into actionable insights and improvement opportunities Build and manage a prioritized pipeline of productivity initiatives aligned with strategic objectives Lead cross-functional teams across regions and functions to drive execution and measurable productivity gains Ensure disciplined program management, governance, and accountability throughout implementation Develop scalable adoption mechanisms including standard work, dashboards, and change management frameworks Embed improvements into daily operations for long-term sustainability and continuous performance improvement Provide executive-level reporting on initiative progress, risks, and outcomes Facilitate governance and decision-making forums for prioritization and value realization Track, measure, and communicate the impact of initiatives across the organization Drive sustainable, repeatable productivity improvements that can be scaled globally Key requirements 3-5 years in Operations, Service Operations, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Productivity Improvement, CIProven experience in cycle time reduction and cost optimization Process improvement and Lean implementation experience Leading cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives Strong data orientation with dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) and translating data into improvements Change management and stakeholder influencing without authority Preferred/global program leadership experience across regions Experience driving adoption of data and productivity tools End-to-end transformation initiative leadership from strategy to sustainment Cross-functional collaboration Change management Stakeholder influencing without authority Power BITableau Data analysis and visualization
