About the role

Overview In this role you will lead a team delivering high-impact learning experiences and advance staff AI fluency to support Stanford’s evolving learning ecosystem. You will partner with schools, HR, and platform teams to design, deliver, and continuously improve talent programs, while shaping AI-enabled learning content and governance. You drive measurable impact through program design, operations, and scalable learning tools that help staff apply new skills on the job. This is a mission-driven role at a pivotal moment for AI-enabled development. Compensation / Benefitshybrid work schedulecompetitive compensationon-site at least 2 days/weekopportunity to influence AI-enabled staff development Responsibilities Lead and develop a team supporting learning delivery, operations, and continuous improvement Oversee end-to-end design and delivery of learning programs across multiple audiences Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders (local HR, UIT, LMS/platform teams)Develop accessible learning materials (participant guides, facilitator resources, toolkits)Develop a practical AI learning strategy and translate AI tools into learning experiences Manage and optimize learning platforms and explore AI-enabled learning tools Define success measures for programs and synthesize data into insights for improvement Provide coaching/facilitation support to participants and campus partners Plan and implement new programs/tools with budgets and vendor management Negotiate costs and ensure quality of vendor materials and services Createa measurement system to track progress and report to university leaders Offer guidance on talent management programs to HR partners and unit managers Maintain governance around AI adoption, risk, and human judgment considerations Key requirements Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience Deep expertise in talent management solutions Ability to advise senior management and partner across universities/schools Strong program/project management and facilitation/coaching skills Proven ability to build partnerships with senior HR partners and multiple stakeholders Strong technological literacy with platforms supporting business operations and communicationscollaborationfacilitationcoachingAI literacy and practical AI learning strategiesLMS/platform managementdesigning curricula and learning materials
