Machine Learning Engineer

Overview As a Machine Learning Engineer, you design large-scale ML systems and guide cross-functional teams from ideation through deployment. You’ll shape AI/ML opportunities, drive technical strategy, and contribute to intellectual property through papers and disclosures. You collaborate with product, architecture, and executives to deliver scalable, reliable ML solutions. Compensation / Benefitscomprehensive compensation and healthcare packages 401k matchingpaid time offgrowth opportunities through online learning platformcareer development tracks Responsibilities Design complex, scalable ML systems for training and inference Define project scope and lead multiple engineers to completion Develop and report on IP via patent disclosures, white papers, and presentations Communicate effectively with executives, customers, and peers Contribute across all product development phases from analysis to deployment Prioritize initiatives aligned with the long-term technical vision Collaborate with product, architects, and data teams to leverage AI and data engineering opportunities Participate in peer design and code reviews Identify improvements and drive innovations to advance ITMentor colleagues and lead teams to elevate performance Key requirements Bachelor in STEM or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred 7+ years of related experience including leadership of MLE/DS/SDE/Dev Ops teams Experience end-to-end with ML models from ideation to deployment; emphasis on scalability and reliability Cloud certification strongly preferredcollaborationclear communicationmentoring and leadershipend-to-end ML development and deploymentscalable ML architectures and frameworkssoftware development lifecycle best practices
