Change Management Senior Associate

Overview In this role, you will help clients transform workforce operations through governance, program leadership, and change management. You will partner across service lines to support complex engagements and shape the Workforce Transformation practice. Expect to analyze people, processes, and technology impacts and guide readiness and stakeholder engagement. Compensation / Benefitshybrid work model with in-person three days per weekfocus on work-life integration and well-beingcomprehensive benefits packagediscretionary annual bonus for employeesemployee assistance programaccess to rewards and benefits /careers Responsibilities Apply GT methodologies across workforce transformation engagements (organizational change, HR, payroll, and workforce operations)Support scalable approaches to manage workforce and operational change, including readiness and capability assessments Understand client workforce operations, risks, governance structures, and business drivers; tailor delivery to client culture Collaborate to design and execute integrated communication strategies for stakeholder alignment and feedback Prepare and deliver clear presentations; facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify risks, opportunities, and insights; communicate findings to leadership Identify readiness, capacity, and execution constraints; translate insights into actionable roadmaps Proactively manage workstreams, address challenges, escalate risks, ensure timely delivery Support coaching and development of team members; contribute to performance reviews Support business development with proposals, RFI responses, and client meetings Contribute to practice and talent development across Workforce Transformation Meet or exceed utilization targets Perform other duties as assigned Key requirements 3+ years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice Experience in program/project management and/or organizational change management Strong collaboration in dynamic environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Visio, Word, Excel, Project)Ability to leverage productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot or AI tools) to accelerate work Preferred change management/program management certifications (Prosci, CCMP, La Marsh, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, CPP)Travel: 40-50% (up to 80%)Excellent verbal and written communication skillscollaborationcommunicationstakeholder engagement Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Visio, Word, Excel, Project)Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI tools Camtasia
