Sr. Manager, Learning & Development

Overview In this role, you will shape and drive a high-impact learning strategy to foster a culture of continuous development across Sotera Health. You’ll design scalable programs that boost leadership growth, frontline capability, and job-related skills, partnering with HR and senior leaders to align initiatives with business goals. You will manage a comprehensive curriculum, leverage modern learning modalities, and measure impact to improve ROI. Responsibilities Build a learning culture across the organization and model development behaviors Embed learning in the employee lifecycle from onboarding to leadership development Design scalable L&D processes, governance, and frameworks; define success metrics and ROIManage learning technologies (LMS/LXP) and vendor partnerships Curate and deliver a role-based, multi-modal enterprise curriculum Lead leadership development programs and succession planning initiatives Identify critical skill gaps with business leaders and drive reskilling/upskilling Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to align strategies with business needs Key requirements 8–12+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management Proven experience building and scaling learning strategies and programs Strong expertise in leadership development and adult learning principles Experience implementing L&D operating models, systems, and metrics Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Strategic thinking Change leadership Data-driven decision makingLMS/LXP management Program design and curriculum development Measurement & ROI analytics
