Overview
In this role, you will lead the North America L&D strategy, aligning regional needs with global HQ. You’ll design and deliver omnichannel training that supports the full customer journey and strengthen boutique coaching. You’ll partner with retail leadership to tailor local programs and manage a dynamic learning platform, shaping education across luxury retail. This position offers visibility across regional initiatives and a chance to elevate Piaget’s luxury experience in NA.

Responsibilities Execute the North America Training Roadmap and L&D strategy aligned with global HQCollaborate with International Training Manager to adapt assets for NA market Partner on global and regional retail initiatives with Commercial leadership Deliver engaging training across virtual, classroom, and on-the-floor settings Implement bespoke local training modules with commercial leaders Provide on-floor coaching and mentoring to enhance brand image Foster leadership development across Retail & Wholesale channels Organize large-scale training events and product launches Manage L&D budget and oversee digital learning platforms
Key requirements Minimum 5 years in luxury industry (High Jewelry/Fine Jewelry/Prestige Watchmaking preferred)At least 5 years in luxury retail training and coaching with field experience in boutiques Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, Education, or Human Resources) or equivalent luxury retail experience Proven instructional design experience in training programs and materials Excellent written and verbal English; French and Spanish a plus Advanced MS Office skills (Power Point for luxury-grade presentations; Excel for tracking, analytics, budgets)Ability to interpret retail KPIs, CRM data, NPS, and mystery shopping scores into training actions Willingness to travel extensively in North America (roughly 50–70%)Excellent communication (written and verbal)Strategic partnership and collaboration Coaching and mentorship mindset Power Point ExcelCRM data interpretation
