Tax Campaign Marketer Lead Specialist

Overview In this role, you drive integrated marketing campaigns to elevate Deloitte Tax’s AI priorities, translating business goals into measurable marketing impact. You will partner with Tax marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen Tax Tech & AI positioning, expand awareness, and deepen client engagement. You’ll blend traditional and innovative channels, applying agile methods to deliver timely campaigns. This position offers a strategic platform to shape Tax AI storytelling and contribute to growth objectives across the practice. Compensation / Benefitsdiscretionary annual incentive programtravel up to 10% Responsibilities Translate business goals into integrated marketing campaigns and activation calendars Collaborate with stakeholders and apply agile principles to plan and execute campaigns Develop client targeting strategies and customer journey maps to drive awareness and pipeline Shape campaign messaging and content assets (POVs, articles, podcasts, digital assets) with SMEsReview content and assets for quality and alignment with standards Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform positioning Assess campaign performance and implement adjustments; perform post-campaign ROI analysis Key requirements 5+ years in marketing or communications with focus on marketing strategy Experience in AI, emerging technology, or professional services marketing a plus Experience in a highly matrixed, global organization Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; ability to integrate technologies to support marketing Familiarity with internal AI tools and applying them to marketing workstreams Understanding of Agile; Workfront experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline Ability to travel up to 10%Strong written and verbal communication Strategic thinking Strong project management and organizational skills Agile methodology Workfront Microsoft Office Suite
