UX/UI Designer

Overview In this role you guide government clients through our Design Intelligence process, applying human-centered methods to address complex UX challenges. You plan and execute UX initiatives from discovery through testing, acting as the voice of the customer to ensure needs are met. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling experiences, contribute to branding and design libraries, and drive adoptability and usability of our solutions. Compensation / Benefitsemployee-owned companycareer growth opportunitiesequal opportunity employer Responsibilities Participate in all stages of the design process to understand problems, conduct user interviews, and identify pain points and opportunities Translate artifacts like personas, journey maps, user flows, and maps into the UX strategy Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design direction Create intuitive digital solutions supported by iterative testing and refinement Contribute to branding and design libraries; ensure high-quality deliverables across projects Improve adoptability and usability of interfaces and systems Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (service designers, technologists, PMs, engineers)Maintain high-quality standards across all project deliverables Key requirements 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience for multi-platform digital products, mobile, and responsive design Ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance Proficiency with UX/UI methods and tools (wireframes, prototypes, usability testing)Experience integrating user research with technology in an agile environmentUI design skills and familiarity with design systems Proficiency with prototyping tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision, Axure)Willingness to stay current with industry tools and best practices Experience working in cross-functional groups Degree or equivalent experience in HCD, HCI, and/or UX design Experience on a Salesforce cross-functional implementation team is desired but not requiredcollaborativestrong written communicationpresentations Adobe Creative Suite Sketch Invision
