Forward Deployed Growth Strategist (Commercial AI Solutions)

Overview In this AI-focused role, you embed with a commercial team to identify where AI can shift outcomes across a $6B+ business. You own end-to-end AI systems—from problem framing and architecture to deployment and adoption—delivering measurable commercial impact. You will build production-grade agents, pipelines, and tools that integrate with live workflows, driving revenue and margin improvements. This comes in a fast-moving, AI-native culture where bold experimentation and rapid iteration are expected. You will collaborate with senior commercial leaders to scale repeatable AI solutions across categories and teams.
