Lead Software Engineer I

Overview As Lead Software Engineer I, you design, test, and maintain Spot’s proprietary RED system and customer-facing portals to boost efficiency and service through technology. You will own full OO development across data layers, domain logic, and web presentation with security considerations. You’ll mentor junior engineers, contribute to scalable and maintainable design, and drive technical planning. This fast-paced, relationship-driven team offers meaningful impact in a logistics tech environment. Responsibilities Full object-oriented development for core applications, including data layer integration, domain logic, web presentation, and security Investigate and resolve technical issues with timely stakeholder updates Mentor junior resources and promote best practices Contribute to design and planning for high scalability and maintainability Key requirements Bachelor in Computer Science or related field; 5+ years of web and client-server development experience Proficiency in C# and SQLExperience with an ORM (ideally Entity Framework and LINQ)Experience with.
