Change Management Consultant

Overview As a Change Management Consultant, you help clients navigate large-scale ERP and technology transformations (SAP, Oracle, Workday) by focusing on people, processes, and systems. You lead OCM efforts, define milestones, stakeholder engagement, and change impact analyses, and craft communication and training plans to enable adoption. You work with product owners and project teams to ensure alignment across the change lifecycle, applying Prosci/ADKAR where appropriate. You coach leaders, monitor readiness, and track adoption metrics to sustain results. Compensation / Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance Disability Insurance 401(k) Savings Plan/ESPP Responsibilities Lead OCM across major ERP and technology transformation programs Define OCM milestones/dependencies and align cadence with squad/project teams Create vision for change and stakeholder engagement plans Conduct high-level change impact assessments and translate into actionable documentation Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders for alignment throughout the change lifecycle Develop and execute communication plans, including executive strategy Design training needs and oversee training strategy and adoption Build readiness, engagement, and transition plans across functions Apply Prosci/ADKAR methodologies and tailor to client context Monitor readiness, manage resistance, and coach leaders/project teams Track and report change metrics post-launch to ensure sustainability Key requirements Experience in Organizational Change Management for large-scale transformations Hands-on ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, or Workday preferred)Knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR); certification is a plus but not required Ability to collaborate with product owners, project managers, and stakeholders to align on change plans Experience delivering OCM artifacts such as impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communications strategies, and training plans Collaboration Communication Coaching leadershipERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday)Prosci/ADKAR knowledge (certification a plus)OCM deliverables development (impact assessments, engagement plans, communication and training plans)
