Manager, Strategic Planning

Overview In this role you will lead cross-functional strategic initiatives within Oscar’s health insurance platform, aligning departmental efforts with company-wide programs. You’ll drive project plans, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation to enable timely, data-informed change. You will mentor teammates, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner across functions to deliver strategic programs that advance Oscar’s mission to serve members with tech-enabled care.
