Overview
As Digital Product Owner for the public website, you drive the roadmap and backlog to align with Lincoln’s web strategy and brand objectives. You collaborate with content, UX, legal, and brand teams to ensure compliant, high-impact online experiences that boost customer satisfaction. You translate business vision into technical requirements, prioritize work, and guide delivery to meet performance, ROI, and adoption goals. You’ll lead cross-functional prioritization and use data to shape the program roadmap and outcomes. This role offers a meaningful chance to influence how customers engage with Lincoln online and to scale digital capabilities.

Responsibilities Partner with content strategy, UX, and Creative Service on the website Monitor SEO, AEO, and site performance; prioritize backlog Ensure regulatory and editorial requirements are met prior to publication Lead requirements gathering on epics and document stories Define KPI goals for complex product offerings and measure adoption Propose and assess solutions to business problems with product knowledge Translate business vision into technical requirements for development Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize complex product requirements Serve as decision maker on backlog priorities across the development lifecycle Manage dependencies in sprints and releases Provide direction on complex projects to manage time, cost, scope, quality, and risk Mentor junior team members and share knowledge Use data to influence adoption strategy and ROIContribute to program vision and roadmap development
Key requirements 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum)5–7+ years in Business Analysis, Project Management, or digital product ownership for a public-facing website Experience with CMS, SEO, AEO, and web analytics tools Experience with Jira and Adobe Workfront Regulated-industry experience is a plusstakeholder collaborationcommunicationmentoringCMSSEOAEO
