Machine Learning Engineer II

You will design, build, test, and deploy ML models that power document and image processing, fraud detection, and related applications, while keeping member privacy at the core. You will own data pipelines and feature engineering at scale and partner with product teams to translate requirements into robust solutions. Compensation / Benefitsmeals and snackswell-being and learning stipendcomprehensive healthcare plansfamily building benefitsflexible time off One Medical memberships Responsibilities Design, build and deploy ML models for applications such as document and image processing and fraud detection Develop robust data pipelines for collection, pre-processing, transformation and feature engineering at various scales Collaborate with product and stakeholders to uncover requirements and solve complex problems Own architectural decisions and drive continuous improvement in technology and processes at CLEAR Key requirements 3+ years of experience building, operating and scaling ML models for consumer applications Experience designing, implementing, and scaling complex data pipelines for ML models Expertise in feature engineering, model development/deployment and monitoring Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience mentoring less experienced team members and collaborating cross-functionally Comfort with ambiguity and autonomous learningstrong communication to mixed audiencesmentoring and collaborationcuriosity and autonomous problem-solving Python Postgres Snowflake
