Director, Management Consulting

Overview In this role you lead a Management Consulting team delivering technology-focused engagements, including ERP integration, IT strategy, and security assessments. You drive high-quality client service, project delivery, and engagement economics while expanding our MC offerings and pursuing new business. You will mentor staff, manage proposals, and represent the practice with clients and leadership. Compensation / BenefitsESOPflexible benefits/Total Rewardsadvancement opportunitiescompetitive compensationwork-life balance initiativescollaborative culture Responsibilities Lead and mentor MC staff through diagnostic, planning, and delivery stages Oversee engagement strategy, budgets, and project controls to ensure value and timelines Lead business development and pursuit activities, including RFP responses and proposals Develop thought leadership, marketing materials, and client-facing deliverables Manage client relationships and communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities Drive cross-sell opportunities with other services and practice areas Foster professional development, performance reviews, and staffing decisions Oversee client service quality and delivery excellence across engagements Key requirements Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred 10+ years of Management Consulting experience in related domains Prior supervisory experience and project management, change management, and process design experience Experience with ERP evaluation/implementation, IT strategy, and technology governancePMP, CPA, ITIL, ISO 27001, HITRUST CCSF, or TOGAF certifications preferred Excellent verbal and written communication Strong relationship-building and client management Leadership and mentoring abilities Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point)MS Visio for process analysis Familiarity with middle-market ERP solutions
