International Media Coordinator

Universal City, California Hybrid Contract$34/hr - $34/hr Seeking an International Media Coordinator for a 6-month opportunity working hybrid onsite in Universal City, CA.Qualifications:1+ years of Media or Marketing experience. Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously. International or Entertainment experience is preferred but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Responsibilities:Work closely with various internal teams managing creative assets for assigned campaigns. Monitor creative requests and deliveries, supporting live campaign management. Assist analysts and managers with campaign execution and operational tasks. Support across the team for international media planning needs including building campaign briefs, assisting with creative asset management and delivery. Act as a liaison between internal teams to project manage asset requests, monitor live confirmations, creating and tracking PO/invoices, and ad hoc admin support as needed.
