Senior Director, Enterprise PMO

Overview In this role you lead the enterprise PMO to translate strategic priorities into a cohesive, measurable portfolio. You partner with executive leadership to drive disciplined execution, optimize resources, and manage risk to deliver business value. You oversee a team of PMO and portfolio professionals, shaping governance, reporting, and value realization practices. Based in Deerfield, IL, you influence cross‑functional transformation and provide transparent portfolio insights to executives. Responsibilities Lead delivery of strategic initiatives by coordinating cross‑functional teams Establish and drive a company‑wide portfolio management process for prioritization and decision‑making Develop metrics and guide value‑driven programs to maximize returns Provide analysis of business cases to aid executive decisions and prioritization Integrate program benefits into financial/operational forecasts Set up governance forums and ensure effective decision mobility Oversee portfolio management tools and cross‑functional support to improve customer satisfaction and drive cost savings Mentor and develop staff, foster diversity and inclusion, ensure appropriate staffing Key requirements Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in strategy development/execution, project management, business development, consulting, or financial roles OR High School Diploma/GED with 11 years of experience Experience directing strategy programs/agendas within a corporation or management consulting Experience in portfolio or corporate planning functions End-to-end project management experience from concept to governance and sustainability Experience with large-scale transformation efforts in retail At least 5 years of experience contributing to financial decisions and 5 years of leadership or cross‑functional leadership Willing to travel up to 5% of the timeteam leadership and developmentinfluence and collaboration across functionsstakeholder relationship buildingportfolio management processgovernance frameworksbenefits realization and value measurement
