Project Manager

Consolidate the existing HR1/client-outcomes plans, objectives, commitments and workstreams into a single master implementation plan. Build and maintain the master plan in Microsoft Project, including dependencies, milestones, owners, critical path and deadlines. Establish the project governance structure and meeting cadence. Work directly with the EVP to develop agendas and determine what needs executive attention. Attend/coordinate transformation meetings, maintain minutes, decisions and action items. Follow up relentlessly with executives and workstream owners. Maintain RAID logs—risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies. Identify slipping milestones and dependencies before they become problems. Prepare concise executive dashboards/status reports for the EVP.Coordinate interdependencies among Call Center, Resource, Informatics, CIE, IT, HR/training, External Affairs, Business Partnerships, etc. Track implementation against the strategic objective of Better Client Outcomes, rather than treating completion of tasks as the ultimate measure of success. Eventually use the same project-management discipline for other major enterprise strategic initiatives.
