Area Solutions Operations Manager

Overview As Area Solutions Operations Manager at Siemens, you lead operational execution across your assigned area to drive profitable growth and delivery excellence. You’ll work with central Operations (PMO, Operations Excellence, LPO) to standardize tools and practices, guiding bids and project delivery with a customer-focused mindset. The role emphasizes balance sheet, cash flow, and cost control while aligning with Siemens B North Star. This is a chance to shape premium project delivery within smart infrastructures. Compensation / Benefitshealth and wellness benefits Responsibilities Drive end-to-end operational performance across the assigned area, adhering to standards and defined processes Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue, margin, and operating margin targets Plan and direct operational activities to support sustainable growth and project execution Monitor project performance to control costs, manage risk, and maintain scope/schedule/cost Collaborate with central Operations teams to leverage shared capabilities and best practices Provide operational and technical support to Sales, including pricing guidance and scope definition Lead workforce planning and performance management to meet business needs Ensure cash flow and working capital align with organizational goals Maintain alignment with Area General Management on strategy and priorities Key requirements 10+ years of experience leading operations in project-based, solutions, or engineering environments Financial acumen with responsibility for revenue, margin, cost control, and cash flow Experience partnering with Sales, Project Management, and operations teams High School diploma or GEDMust be 21+, valid driver's license with limited violations, eligible for Siemens fleet vehicle program Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipcustomer-focused mindsetrelationship managementissue-resolution skillstechnical and operational expertise relevant to solutions-based deliverypricing guidance and scope definitionexecution strategy for bids
