About the role

Overview In this role you lead the Risk & Compliance Software marketing team to drive demand, product, and partner marketing for a $10B GRC portfolio. You’ll translate technical capabilities into customer value and shape go-to-market strategies with cross-functional partners to accelerate top-line growth. You’ll manage a global team and collaborate with executives to commercialize products and advance sustainability-focused outcomes. This position offers strategic influence, leadership scale, and a chance to shape market positioning in a fast-growing business. Compensation / Benefitssalary range $165,000–$219,000annual bonus target 30%RSU grant 30%health benefits (medical, dental, vision)retirement savings (401K)paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick leave) Responsibilities Translate product capabilities into customer value and craft market positioning Develop and execute demand generation, product marketing, and partner marketing across the portfolio Lead and develop a global team of 13 marketing professionals (managers and senior managers)Create product value propositions and end-to-end go-to-market strategies Collaborate with sales management, product managers, and cross-functional partners to optimize pipeline and training Plan and manage events, conventions, and collateral with post-event analysis Ensure alignment of product strategies with industry marketing and commercial objectives Maintain personas, market positioning, and product/industry expertise across channels Direct performance management of direct reports and matrixed resources Monitor market trends and translate into effective marketing campaigns and branding strategies Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and negotiation related to marketing initiatives Key requirements Marketing-focused higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred)10 years in marketing with 5 years in people leadership Software industry experience Strong communication and collaboration skills Proven ability to operate in a matrix organization Excellent facilitation, project planning, and program management Strong business acumen with budget management and financial analysis Experience engaging with senior executive leaders and stakeholder management Extensive experience in marketing strategy and portfolio/industry marketing Ability to guide direct reports and matrixed teamsexcellent communicatorcollaborationteam engagementmarketing strategy creationportfolio/industry marketinggo-to-market planning
