Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Overview As a Senior ML Engineer at Entrata, you will lead the development and optimization of our AI/ML platform for enterprise-scale products. You’ll collaborate across teams to design and deploy AI-powered solutions, translating complex AI concepts into business impact. You’ll drive autonomous AI systems, ensure safety and ethics alignment, and stay ahead of AI advances. Compensation / Benefits Flexible and transparent culture with remote and hybrid work options Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer matching Wellness initiatives and onsite gym access Family-centric leave policies Entrata Cares community and volunteer programs Responsibilities Research, design and develop AI-driven applications, algorithms, and models to solve business challenges Build and deploy autonomous or semi-autonomous AI systems aligned with safety, ethics, and organizational goals Collect, preprocess and analyze data to inform AI solutions Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to integrate AI into existing systems Monitor, tune and optimize ML models for efficiency, scalability, and reliability Stay current with AI/ML advances and evaluate new tools or methodologies Develop and conduct comprehensive testing and validation to meet business requirements and quality standards Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of learning and technical excellence Key requirements 5–10 years of core software development experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field At least 3 years of hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions Advanced proficiency in Python Solid foundation in data science, statistics and data analysis Strong problem-solving and communication skills, collaboration across teams Strong communication Collaborative mindset Creative and strategic thinking Python proficiency Data science, statistics, data analysis Experience with AI/ML deployment and monitoring
