Overview In this role you will strengthen portfolio governance and prioritization to align initiatives with strategy and value. You will work with cross-functional leaders to translate divisional plans into integrated roadmaps, oversee the end-to-end portfolio lifecycle, and drive transparency and decision-making. Compensation / Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Wellbeing Reimbursement Account Paid Time Off and holidays Paid Parental Leave and Adoption Assistance Competitive 401k with company match Flexible benefits Responsibilities Lead portfolio management rhythms and governance forums for prioritization and trade-off decisions Translate strategies into integrated portfolio roadmaps linking demand, funding, capacity, milestones, risks, and outcomes Support end-to-end portfolio lifecycle: planning, prioritization, execution monitoring, benefits realization, and value tracking Translate Workforce Division strategies into actionable portfolio initiatives Monitor business trends to identify opportunities, risks, and trade-offs Partner with leaders to ensure work aligns with strategic objectives and business value Develop and improve portfolio management standards, templates, reporting, and routines to raise PPM maturity Analyze portfolio performance, capacity, financials, risks, issues, and dependencies to surface insights and recommendations Communicate portfolio health and decisions concisely to executives through dashboards and materials Act as trusted advisor and thought partner to stakeholders on cross-functional challenges Coach colleagues to adopt consistent practices while adapting to context Key requirements 10+ years in portfolio, program, project management, or related transformation roles Demonstrated expertise in managing complex portfolios across business and technology in a matrixed environment Ability to interpret issues and recommend improvements with broad impact Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and ability to apply them pragmatically Executive communication, facilitation, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills Experience with governance, roadmapping, demand intake, prioritization, capacity planning, dependency management, financial stewardship, risk management, and value tracking Strong analytical skills synthesizing data into insights and recommendations Experience with Planview, Smartsheet, Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Share Point, Teams, One Note, Power Point or similar Experience in regulated industries such as insurance or financial services preferred Executive communication Stakeholder management Facilitation and negotiation Planview Smartsheet Azure Dev Ops
