Digital Process Improvement Manager

Overview In this role you enable a more efficient, data-driven supply chain by partnering with function leads to map priorities to practical digital solutions. You own end-to-end digital initiatives, from discovery to adoption, driving measurable value across global distribution. You’ll balance portfolios, orchestrate agile delivery, and scale solutions like dashboards and automation. You join a cross-functional Digital & Data team focused on transforming how the organization works. This is a chance to shape digital roadmaps and deliver impact at scale. Responsibilities Partner with Supply Chain functions to understand processes, KPIs, pain points, and priorities, translating needs into digital solutions Establish and execute functional digital transformation roadmaps with a prioritized portfolio and backlog, using agile delivery Identify and implement digital improvements across Planning, Manufacturing, Physical Distribution, Quality, Safety, and Finance Own initiatives end-to-end from intake to value realization, including design, data preparation, deployment, adoption, and sustainment Deliver scalable solutions such as dashboards, automated workflows, low-code apps, analytics, and ML/AI use cases Elicit requirements, define KPIs, acceptance criteria, user stories, and adoption plans to guide prioritization and design Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes with stakeholders, translating insights into actionable recommendations Drive adoption and change management to embed solutions into daily work and sustain value Contribute to Digital & Data standards, reusable patterns, governance, and capability development for scalability Key requirements Bachelor in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related field Experience with digital solutions, data analytics, process improvement, and digital automation tool development Proficiency with Excel, Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate English language proficiency Creative thinking and structured problem solving Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and influencing abilities Customer-focused collaboration and relationship building Excel PythonR
