YouTube Training Lead

Overview In this role, you architect scalable, engaging training experiences for You Tube’s vendor partners and lead end-to-end instructional design efforts. You will align learning strategies with business goals, leveraging AI technologies to improve delivery and impact. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to optimize programs and advance vendor excellence. This is a hands-on role focused on building relevant content for creators and partners while shaping learning operations at scale.
