Learning Solutions Manager

Overview As Learning Solutions Manager, you will lead design, development, and delivery of learning solutions that align with business goals and learner needs. You will partner with clients and internal teams to create engaging experiences across instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital formats while managing projects, resources, and quality. You bring instructional design expertise, project management, and stakeholder leadership to drive impactful programs from concept to implementation. This role offers the chance to shape enterprise learning and leverage technology to support workforce development. Responsibilities Lead design, development, and implementation of learning solutions aligned with business goals and learner needs Collaborate with clients, leaders, and subject matter experts to define learning requirements and propose effective solutions Manage learning projects including timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables Oversee creation of instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital programs Ensure content is engaging, accessible, and aligned with instructional design best practices Facilitate reviews and feedback cycles with stakeholders to ensure quality Monitor program performance using KPIs, learner feedback, and outcomes Support implementation of learning technologies and LMS platforms Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute learning programs Lead, mentor, and develop learning professionals and project teams Key requirements Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred 5+ years in Learning & Development, instructional design, training, or related areas Experience managing learning programs, stakeholders, and project teams Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Experience designing learning solutions across multiple delivery modalities Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Power Point, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Share Point)communicationfacilitationstakeholder managementinstructional designlearning technologiesLMS
