Continuous Improvement Director

Overview In this role you will lead process-improvement initiatives within NAS - Operations, applying analytics and consultative re-engineering to boost performance, quality, and efficiency. You will partner with multiple departments to design and implement end-to-end improvements, supported by metrics, data storytelling, and ROI-focused business cases.
