Machine Learning / AI Contractor: 10+ years (Expert)

Overview In this role you will architect and deliver AI-driven solutions to support analytics and automation for client projects. You’ll build, train, and deploy ML/AI models, including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics, and ensure production readiness through rigorous evaluation and monitoring. You’ll document methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align outcomes with project goals. This position combines hands-on development with tangible impact, from data prep to live services, in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Compensation / Benefits 100% remote Responsibilities Develop and deploy ML/AI models for client projects Apply NLP, CV, and predictive analytics techniques as needed Perform data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation Deploy AI-driven applications and monitor production performance Document methodologies and coordinate with technical teams to meet requirements Key requirements Advanced (6-9 years) experience in AI/MLHands-on experience with LLM-based applications, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, and evaluation frameworks Strong programming skills in Python Experience with SQL and vector databases Familiarity with Docker and CI/CDKnowledge of evaluation criteria, golden datasets, and monitoring prompts/tools Collaboration with cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving and communication Attention to documentation and governance PythonSQLVector DB (Qdrant, Mongo)
