Product Software Engineer - Agentic AI

Overview In this role you will design and build AI-powered software for the Tax & Accounting division, delivering scalable and secure enterprise solutions. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to advance AI-enabled features and workflows, balancing quality, reliability, and customer value. You’ll apply modern engineering practices and secure development standards to solve complex problems at scale. This is a hands-on, collaborative position in a fast-paced, Agile environment with a focus on impact and continuous learning. Compensation / Benefits Medical, Dental, & Vision Plans 401(k)FSA/HSACommuter Benefits Tuition Assistance Plan Vacation and Sick Time• Paid Parental Leave Responsibilities Design, develop, test, debug, implement, and maintain software with guidance from senior engineers and architects Build secure, scalable, and maintainable software meeting business and technical requirements Develop AI-powered features using LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval-based approaches Create and integrate APIs and cloud-based components Contribute to agentic AI solutions and intelligent workflows under architectural guidance Enhance AI-powered workflows including prompt-based solutions and retrieval systems Integrate AI services, APIs, and business rules with application components Participate in testing/validation to improve AI feature accuracy and quality Troubleshoot defects and production incidents; optimize performance and maintainability Follow secure coding practices and participate in code reviews and technical documentation Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, Dev Ops, Security, and cross-functional teams Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities using Azure Dev Ops Build enterprise SaaS solutions with emphasis on security, compliance, observability, and supportability Identify technical risks and communicate them to the team Continuously learn emerging technologies, especially Generative AI and Azure services Perform other duties as assigned by management Key requirements 2–5 years of professional software development experience 2+ years of experience with C# and.
