Overview In this role you drive the Advanced Solutions Lab by curating engaging ML content, sourcing experts across Google, and continuously improving the curriculum. You lead customers’ ML projects from framing to delivery, shaping AI/ML education for global participants. You stay at the forefront of ML development and foster connections within Google’s research community to provide up-to-date knowledge and engagement opportunities. You also contribute to client-facing services, IP development, public speaking, and ML bootcamps as a subject matter expert. Compensation / Benefitsbonus target 15%equitybenefitsglobal opportunities Responsibilities Lead and support ML projects from framing to implementation in the Advanced Solutions Lab Design and evolve AI/ML curriculum based on market trends and customer needs Identify and engage ML experts across Google to support sessions Provide up-to-date ML knowledge to participants and enable engagements with experts Serve as ML SME for client-facing services, IP development, public speaking, and bootcamps Collaborate with cross-functional Google experts to produce materials and select open-source frameworks/models Key requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience 6 years coding experience (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python)3 years building production ML/AI models or agentic solutions (Tensor Flow, Keras, JAX, Spark ML, Scikit Learn)Experience conducting data/ML training in a client-facing consulting role Experience architecting cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform or other public cloudsclient-facing communicationpresentation/public speakingcross-functional collaboration Tensor Flow KerasJAX
