Senior Leadership Development Manager

Overview In this role you will design, scale, and assess leadership development for people managers, with a focus on directors. You’ll work within the Culture, Talent, and Development leadership team to embed leadership capabilities that align with our values and accelerate performance. You will create AI-supported and multi-format learning experiences that span live, virtual, and on-demand modalities. Compensation / Benefitsequityemployee stock purchase programflexible paid time offgenerous parental leavefertility and adoption assistancemental health counseling Responsibilities Design, deliver, and evaluate scalable leadership development experiences for people managers using diverse formats and AI-assisted methods Lead a director-level program for 500+ leaders with scalable enrollment, accountability, and impact measurement Conduct needs assessments and align learning with business objectives and People Team initiatives Extend learning beyond the classroom with practice, reflection, peer connection, and manager accountability Establish a measurement framework for participation, completion, learner experience, behavior change, and business impact Manage concurrent projects and stakeholder relationships, clarifying ownership, timelines, risks, and change impacts Partner with IT and People Team to scale AI-supported coaching and other technology-enabled development experiences Key requirements 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years designing, delivering, and managing leadership development programs Proven track record delivering strategic and tactical solutions in fast-paced, high-change SaaS environments Experience designing and scaling development for directors, senior directors, executives, and experienced leaders Adept at needs assessment, data analysis to identify priorities, and driving continuous improvement Excellence in learner experience, instructional design across multiple formats Expert facilitation and deep leadership development expertise Experience designing for behavior change and scalable delivery models Strong written and verbal communication and project management skills Ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional work in a fast-paced tech environmentinfluencing without authoritycross-functional collaborationexceptional communicationAI-supported coachingjust-in-time practicedata analysis for learning impact
