Pigment Consultant

We are seeking a Pigment Consultant to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the Pigment FP&A platform. This role partners with finance, operations, and business stakeholders to design financial planning solutions, improve reporting processes, and ensure data accuracy across budgeting, forecasting, and performance management activities. Key Responsibilities Configure, implement, and maintain Pigment models, reports, and dashboards. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable planning solutions. Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and scenario planning processes. Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to improve workflows and data integration. Troubleshoot system issues and provide user training and support. Recommend best practices to optimize the use of the Pigment platform. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience with Pigment or other FP&A/EPM platforms (such as Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Oracle EPM, or One Stream). Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.
