Americas HCM & PATTS Director

Overview In this role you drive delivery strategy and advisory leadership for Workday HCM and PATTS programs across the Americas. You’ll partner with Sales, AMS, and cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality, scalable implementations and strong client experiences. You’ll foster capability growth, repeatable delivery patterns, and continuous improvement. This is a hands‑on leadership role that shapes solution direction while balancing risk, scope, and profitability. Responsibilities Define delivery strategy and governance for HCM and PATTS programs across the Americas Partner with Sales to shape solutions, scope, risks, and staffing Develop and maintain delivery assets, accelerators, and best‑practice frameworks Drive capability building and repeatable patterns across discovery, design, testing, deployment, and cutover Lead multi‑disciplinary teams with focus on coaching, growth, and professional development Ensure alignment with AMS, regulatory considerations, and regional nuances Promote the use of a standard delivery methodology for consistency and scalability Support post‑go‑live transitions and client experience improvements Key requirements 7+ years leading complex HR and/or workforce implementations or programs Strong consulting skills: facilitation, stakeholder communication, advisory capability, problem‑solving Understanding of payroll compliance, labor rules, leave administration, scheduling standards Experience leading in a strategic advisory environment Proven ability to lead and grow multi‑disciplinary teams Preferred: Workday HCM and/or PATTS experience (certifications valued)advisory mindsetstakeholder managementfacilitation and communication Workday HCMPATTSdelivery methodologies and playbooks
