LMS Administrator - Sales

Overview In this role you will manage, optimize, and support Delta Faucet’s Learning Management System to enable effective training across the organization. You will work closely with Learning & Development and IT to align learning delivery with business needs and compliance. You’ll design learning paths, maintain content, and generate insights that inform training impact. Compensation / Benefitsinclusivity and equality culturecomprehensive benefit plans, retirement, savings, tuition reimbursement Linked In Learning accessinternal cross-company project opportunitiesemployee resource groups and volunteer days Responsibilities Administer, configure, and optimize the LMS to support seamless learning delivery Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and provide learner and admin support Upload, organize, quality-check, and maintain learning content and journeys Troubleshoot LMS issues and coordinate with IT/vendors for escalations Create and maintain learning paths, curricula, certifications, and onboarding programs Generate and analyze LMS reports to measure compliance, effectiveness, and insights Support virtual training, webinars, and L&D processes to ensure smooth delivery Key requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of experience administering or supporting an LMSWorking knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning standards Experience supporting reporting, learning paths, and virtual learning tools Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsorganizational skillsanalytical thinkingcommunication abilitiesLMS platformse-learning standardsreporting and analytics
