Content Creator/Videographer/Creative Director

Social Media Content Creator and Video Editor Location: Virtual + 1x/week in-person Jupiter / West Palm Beach, Florida Position: Full-time Compensation: $50,000 base salary plus $60,000 paid in monthly performance bonuses based on organic video views (Up to $110,000/year in total compensation annually).About the Role Dr. Stephen Cabral and the team behind Equi Life, the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute, and Personomics are looking for a highly creative, platform-native content creator to help produce engaging health, wellness, and longevity content for Instagram, You Tube, and other social-media platforms. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who deeply understands short-form video. You should know how to turn a 60-90second talking-head recordings into a fast-paced, visually engaging Reel or You Tube Short using animated captions, punch-ins, B-roll, images, graphics, transitions, and sound effects. You will work directly with Dr. Cabral and the marketing team to develop ideas, record content, edit videos, publish consistently, and improve performance based on audience data. This is not simply a social-media scheduling position. We are looking for someone who genuinely understands what earns attention, holds retention, and generates shares. Responsibilities Create a system for daily publishing of video content Film long and short-form videos with Dr. Cabral in person in the Jupiter and West Palm Beach area Edit videos for Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, and other social platforms Create long-form animated You Tube ready videos Turn raw 30 to 90-second recordings into polished, high-retention content Add animated captions, jump cuts, zooms, B-roll, background images, graphics, transitions, music, and sound effects Use AI editing tools such as Captions, Cap Cut, or similar platforms to produce content efficiently Develop strong hooks, titles, visual concepts, and creative angles Identify health and wellness trends that fit Dr. Cabral’s brand and expertise Repurpose podcasts, interviews, and long-form videos into compelling short clips Create platform-specific thumbnails, cover images, titles, and descriptions Maintain a consistent premium, authoritative, and recognizable visual style Organize raw footage, completed videos, project files, and content calendars Track views, watch time, retention, shares, saves, follows, and other performance metrics Review analytics and continually improve future content Collaborate with the marketing team on launches, products, podcasts, and educational campaigns Ensure captions, supplement names, health terminology, and scientific claims are represented accurately Publish consistently while meeting agreed-upon production deadlines Who We Are Looking For Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, Tik Tok-style editing, and current content trends Strong short-form video portfolio that demonstrates excellent pacing and visual storytelling Experience filming high-quality mobile content using an iPhone or comparable smartphone Proficiency with Captions, Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software Ability to create animated captions, visual effects, B-roll, punch-ins, and engaging transitions Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, audience retention, and shareable content Comfortable providing creative direction during filming Able to work quickly without sacrificing quality or accuracy Highly organized, dependable, and receptive to feedback Interested in health, wellness, fitness, functional medicine, or longevity Able to work in person regularly in Jupiter or West Palm Beach, FloridaA college degree is not required. Portfolio quality, creativity, reliability, and an understanding of social-media content matter more than formal credentials. Compensation and Performance Bonuses The position includes a $50,000 annual base salary plus monthly performance bonuses based on the organic Instagram and You Tube views generated by individual videos. Initial bonus structure (an individual video must reach at least 100K views to start bonuses):100,000 to 249,999 views: $100 bonus per video 250,000 to 499,999 views: $250 bonus per video 500,000 to 999,999 views: $500 bonus per video 1 million or more views: $1,000 bonus per video Each additional 1 million views: Additional $500 bonus per video Up to $110,000/year in total compensation. Views will be measured 30 days after publication. Only organic views from official brand accounts will qualify. Paid promotion, purchased traffic, engagement manipulation, or content that violates platform or company standards will not qualify, and will lead to termination. The initial performance-bonus limit is $5,000 per month and may be expanded based on results.
